c) Information storage period:

- There is no time limit, except in case customers send the request for cancellation to Management Board of company. 

d) People or organizations can be approached with that information:

- In any case, customers agree that the agencies, organization or individuals can approach and collect personal information, including: 
      • Management Board
      • The third-party has intergrated services with website: stareal.vn
      • The government administrator with authority, in case of request as prescribed in operating system.
      • Financial & legal advisor and audit company.
      • The claimer can prove customers' violation.
      • At the request of government administrator with authority.

e) The address of information collection and management unit, including the contact method so that customers can ask about colleting and handling information related to their personal information.

f) Methods and tools for customers to access and correct their personal data on e-commercial system of the information collecting unit:

- Customers can request to check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by asking the Management Board to do.

- Customers can send the complain about the information that being out for the third-party to the Management Board. 

- When receiving these feedbacks, STAREAL will confirm the information and be responsible for answering the reasons and guiding the customer restore, secure the information.
